How do I get started with CLOOOK?
If you're looking for help, sign up as a client to browse skilled individuals and book video calls or messaging sessions with the right person for your needs. You can switch between roles later from your account settings.
If you want to share your expertise, sign up as a skilled individual, build a profile, and set your availability so clients can book you.
How much does a session cost?
Each skilled individual sets their own rate per session. The client pays the full price up front through Stripe; the skilled individual then receives the price minus a 15% CLOOOK platform commission and the standard Stripe processing fee.
There are no monthly subscriptions, sign-up fees, or hidden charges on top — just the session price you see at checkout.

Almost anything someone else might pay for — career coaching, language tutoring, technical and engineering support, design and creative work, fitness and wellness, music lessons, business mentorship, and many others.
You don't need a formal certification to offer a skill on CLOOOK. If you can deliver real value in a 15-minute video call or messaging session, you're welcome to join.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — both clients and skilled individuals can cancel a session up until it begins. The cancellation modal always shows the exact refund (or charge) before you confirm.
Canceling 24 hours or more before the session is the cleanest case. Less than 24 hours triggers a late-cancellation fee for clients, or a charge against the skilled individual's next payout if they cancel.
Learn more →What if a session doesn't go as expected?
CLOOOK has a built-in dispute system. After a session is marked complete, the client has 24 hours to open a dispute and request a partial (25%, 50% or 75%) or full refund, with the option to attach evidence.
The skilled individual then has 48 hours to accept or counter-offer. If no agreement is reached, our support team reviews and decides — disputes don't stay unresolved.

CLOOOK is currently available in the United States. We are actively working on expanding to additional countries, and we'll announce new regions as Stripe Connect support and local compliance allow.
How long does it take to start earning as a skilled individual?
Once your profile is published and your Stripe Connect onboarding is complete, you can start accepting paid bookings right away.
After each session, funds become available in your CLOOOK balance 24 hours later (the dispute window). Bank payouts run twice a month — on the 15th and on the last day of each month.

Absolutely. You set your own availability, and you can keep it as narrow or as broad as you want. Most skilled individuals on CLOOOK combine it with a day job or studies.
Do I need professional certifications to join?
No, formal qualifications aren't required. What matters is whether your experience or skill is valuable to someone else.
Profiles with a short presentation video, clear bios, and concrete examples of past work tend to attract more bookings.
